In the process of the collective bargaining agreement, both the employees and the employer should reach to a perfect agreement involving the duties and responsibilities of employees in the workplace. Their roles are important in the collective bargaining process in a proper manner. The role of the employer in the collective bargaining agreement is to negotiate for increasing the level of productivity. The higher management is expected to be honest and integrated during the negotiation.
